ESL was developed and applied by LTECH in many fields:

– Controlling product information on shelves: Each electronic label is operated not just like a regular paper label. Accordingly, electronic labels are absolutely controlled through the central operating system. With just one basic change order at the operations center, all electronic labels are adjusted synchronously throughout the distribution system immediately without errors.

– Effectively deploying sales programs: In addition to controlling product information on shelves, LTECH’s electronic labels help deploy promotional programs quickly and professionally, thereby increasing the experience of customers coming to the store.

– Locating products/goods in the warehouse: Using technology solutions and ESL equipment, LTECH helps businesses draw maps in warehouses and shelves of businesses/stores, digitizing the entire real space onto the electronic system. Product pickup orientation is given quickly to warehouse staff/sales staff.

Currently, LTECH is developing more applications related to ESL products to better meet the needs of businesses and improve user experience.

How to work

To operate the electronic shelf label system, LTECH will start by replacing all paper labels with electronic shelf labels for each product code and installing an operating software system, connecting to stores and to each electronic shelf label. Each product code will be encoded and located on the software system. Product codes on shelves at stores are synchronized with data on the system or classified by region depending on the administrative needs of each business. After synchronizing the data on the system with the actual products on the shelves, operation is simply a matter of manipulating commands from the operations center. With just a small adjustment, new data will be updated to each electronic label on the shelf at all stores in the system.

There is no need for too many personnel to take too much time like before, no need to review product information by checking each paper label on the shelf at each store.

Managers can easily adjust and quickly apply promotions with just one simple operation. Customer experience is significantly improved, this has been proven by us.
